HOTEL OPERATIONS | EXCEL & WORD TOOLKIT

Self-initiated product design and English localization project. All examples shown use fictional demonstration data.

THE CHALLENGE Bookings, room readiness, maintenance and guest documents can become scattered across separate records. The goal was to create a consistent, editable toolkit for everyday hotel administration.

THE SOLUTION Eight Excel systems cover bookings and occupancy, housekeeping, staff, stock and linen, maintenance, invoicing, guest satisfaction and management reporting. Each has a BLANK and DEMO edition. The toolkit also includes 81 Word templates and English PDF guides.

MY CONTRIBUTION Workflow structure, English localization, document formatting, calculation preservation and delivery preparation. The 16 translated workbooks were checked against the source dashboard values. The booking cancellation test also checked that revenue updates as expected.

WHAT THE CAPTURES SHOW The actual bookings dashboard, booking register, housekeeping dashboard and guest check-in form. The featured cover is illustrative artwork; the screenshots are rendered from the delivered files.

HANDOVER Editable Excel and Word files with guides. The systems are independent; the management overview uses manual snapshot transfers. This is not a hosted booking engine or a live integrated hotel platform.
