We rebuilt the Yalo website, delivering a fully responsive, multilingual Webflow site with a flexible, scalable CMS architecture. Key features included: Modular CMS for case studies, blog posts, resources, and feature content, allowing internal teams to easily update content without dev support, multilingual integration using Weglot, with seamless language switching and subdirectory setup, CRM-ready lead flows, with tracking and analytics in place to support conversions, accessibility improvements, including semantic structure, ARIA labels, and performance optimizations, component-based design system, enabling fast page creation and content reusability. We collaborated closely with their internal team to ensure they could manage the platform confidently post-launch, providing documentation, guidance, and a long-term foundation to support their future roadmap.
