Sellantra Admin Dashboard Design

Internal admin dashboard for Sellantra, a freelance marketplace (like Upwork) connecting clients and freelancers through escrow-protected jobs.

Admins running a marketplace need to manage users, track jobs and payments, and resolve disputes all without losing context or making a costly mistake (like releasing escrow funds blindly). I designed a single dashboard to give admins clear oversight and fast, informed control.

A cohesive admin toolkit that turns scattered marketplace operations user trust, payments, disputes into one connected, easy-to-scan workspace.

Key metrics (users, active jobs, escrow funded, open disputes), an activity trend chart, and a live feed of recent events an admin needs to act on.

A searchable table of clients/freelancers with status pills (Active, Suspended, Pending KYC) and context-aware actions (Suspend / Reactivate).

The core screen. A detail panel shows the full conversation thread, evidence, and dispute reason in one place, so admins release or hold funds with complete context not a partial one.

Tracks every contract's job status and escrow status separately, since a job can be disputed while funds are still safely held an important distinction for admins.

A clean audit trail of every escrow funding and withdrawal event, for compliance and traceability.
