DevFest Ilorin 2025 Event Landing Page Design

DevFest Ilorin is an annual developer festival powered by Google Developer Groups. As part of the Google Developer Student Club (GDSC) Unilorin, I volunteered to design the official landing page for DevFest Ilorin 2025. My passion for volunteering and community-driven innovation inspired me to create a design that reflects the energy, creativity, and inclusivity of the event.

The design needed to capture the excitement of a tech event, provide clear information on speakers, schedule, and partners, and encourage ticket registration all while maintaining a vibrant yet professional look.

I crafted a colorful, engaging layout that balances functionality with aesthetics. Key sections include a dynamic countdown timer, speaker showcase, event schedule, and ticket purchase section, all structured for easy navigation and mobile responsiveness. The visual elements were inspired by Google’s playful design language, ensuring consistency with the DevFest brand identity.

The final design successfully communicates the vibrant and collaborative spirit of DevFest, making it easy for attendees to register, view schedules, and learn about speakers and partners. This project reflects my love for volunteering and creating impactful designs that support tech communities.
