The primary goal of this project was to push the boundaries of my web design skills by creating 30 unique homepage designs—one per day for 30 days. In addition to personal skill development, I aimed to share these designs to inspire and provide creative ideas to others in the design community.
Problem:
The challenge was to consistently generate new and innovative design concepts each day within tight time constraints. I wanted to ensure that each design was unique, functional, and visually compelling while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Solution:
I approached the project by focusing on different industries, styles, and design trends for each homepage. By combining user-centered design principles with creative experimentation, I was able to produce a diverse range of designs. I also leveraged tools like Figma and Adobe XD to quickly prototype and iterate on each homepage.
Process:
Each day, I started by brainstorming a concept or theme for the homepage.
I conducted brief research into industry standards, target audiences, and design trends.
Using Figma, I created wireframes, followed by detailed mockups.
I shared each design daily on social media to engage with the design community and receive feedback.
I iterated on feedback when necessary and used it to inform the next day’s design.
Results/Impact:
By the end of the 30 days, I had successfully created 30 homepage designs, which significantly enhanced my design speed, creativity, and technical skills. The project gained traction on social media, where I received valuable feedback and connected with other designers. The designs also served as a resource for others looking for inspiration.
