Client Brief

Carinspect is a national leader in vehicle inspections across Australia, providing trusted services through both mobile and workshop inspections. They approached me to redesign their website with the goal of boosting customer confidence, modernizing the visual identity, and streamlining the user journey. The new site needed to highlight their credentials, showcase partnerships and verified reviews, and present their cutting-edge technology in a way that reinforced credibility. With a strong focus on mobile optimization and clear conversion pathways, the aim was to create a digital experience that felt professional, trustworthy, and easy to navigate—instilling confidence in customers from the very first click.

Process

The process began with a detailed discovery phase, where I worked closely with Carinspect to understand their goals around customer trust, mobile usability, and conversion. We reviewed competitor sites, discussed user journeys, and mapped out how best to highlight their credentials, partnerships, and technology.
From there, I designed the new structure in Figma, focusing on a clean, professional automotive aesthetic with clear trust signals and mobile-first layouts. Through several feedback rounds, we refined the content hierarchy and visual style to ensure the site reflected Carinspect’s credibility and national presence.
Once the designs were approved, I developed the site in Webflow, building responsive layouts and seamless interactions to guide users toward booking. Along the way, I optimized the experience for mobile, integrated testimonial and partnership sections, and ensured the design aligned with their brand identity. The process was highly collaborative, with regular updates and iterations to deliver a final product that met both user needs and business objectives.

Figma

In Figma, the design centred on creating a professional and trustworthy experience. A fresh green palette, modern typography, and real inspection imagery conveyed reliability while reinforcing Carinspect’s brand identity. The structure was built mobile-first, with clear hierarchy and intuitive navigation to suit the needs of their predominantly mobile audience. Trust signals—such as credentials, reviews, and partnerships—were strategically integrated throughout, while consistent call-to-actions guided users toward booking. The result was a design that balanced credibility, usability, and conversion focus.

Webflow

The Webflow build focused on responsiveness, performance, and SEO. To protect Carinspect’s strong search presence, I implemented careful redirects, metadata optimization, and structured content to minimize disruption. A robust CMS powered the many location pages, as well as testimonials and inspection reports, giving the team flexibility to manage content with ease. Subtle interactions and a mobile-first approach completed the build, delivering a polished and trustworthy user experience.

Results

The final website is a modern, trustworthy platform that positions Carinspect as a credible leader in vehicle inspections across Australia. Clear navigation, strong trust signals, and a polished mobile-first design give users confidence from the very first interaction. With a CMS powering location pages, testimonials, and inspection reports, the site is scalable and easy for the team to manage. Since launch, the redesign has strengthened Carinspect’s online presence, maintained strong SEO performance, and provided a seamless experience that supports both customer trust and business growth.
