Systems Analyst

While at Alliance Software as a Systems Analyst, my main job was to look into how our computer systems were working and find ways to make them better. I worked with different teams to come up with new ideas and solutions that met what our clients needed. I also made sure that any changes we made to the system worked smoothly. This job helped me get better at understanding how things work together, paying attention to details, and talking with both tech and non-tech people to make projects successful.
