Celebrating a Milestone: 1000+ LinkedIn Followers 🎉

This week I crossed 1000+ followers on LinkedIn — and I wanted to use this moment to reflect on the skills and journey behind it.

Over the past months, I’ve been intentional about building real, practical capability in customer support, CRM, and lead generation. Here’s what that’s looked like:

✅ Completed IT support fundamentals

✅ Earned my Cloud 101 certificate

✅ Neatly finished HubSpot training, with 3-4 hands-on projects completed

✅ Practiced lead generation workflows using Apollo.io

✅ Built familiarity with Zendesk for customer support

✅finished my email marketing course

This growth in followers reflects the growth in my skillset — and I’m just getting started. I’m actively working toward a career in customer support, virtual assistance, and eventually high-ticket closing and lead generation.
