The CRM system I designed is a testament to simplicity and scalability. Built on a template-based framework, it´s goals was to be an intuitive user interface that makes it accessible to all users, regardless of technical expertise.
I was responsible for the whole project and did solo on design wise, I had market analysis and research help. My main roles where:
Market Analysis for competitors, landscape and the fields to improve.
User research
User experience journey
User onboarding whole process and journey
Product Design
Product mapping
Prototyping and user feedback
Iterating design on feedback

This research formed the foundation for our template-based approach, ensuring an intuitive and accessible solution for businesses of all sizes.
