Project Overview
We are building a custom mobile application for Real Estate Valuation LLC to simplify FHA approval tracking for realtors. The solution will be developed from scratch and will include:
Custom App Design: Initial Figma design with revisions to finalize user flows before development.
Logo Creation: Professional logo design (up to 3 revisions) if the client doesn’t already have one.
Cross-Platform Development: A fully functional mobile app for Android and iOS, optimized for smartphones and tablets.
Features:
User authentication (email & Google login)
Property management
FHA report generation & management
Admin panel for user tracking and custom question sets
Deployment: Publishing to Google Play and Apple App Store.
Setup Assistance: Domain registration, SMTP configuration for email, Firebase setup, and app store account configuration.
Training & Support: Walkthrough session and 30-day warranty for bug fixes.
