Client Overview: Our collaboration with LYWO, a pioneering B2B provider, focused on introducing a two-sided behavioral model that enhances the recruitment process. This innovative approach empowers recruiters to define the ideal candidate profile while allowing candidates to align their natural instincts with job requirements, creating better-fit placements and increased fulfillment.
Challenge/Brief: My challenge encompassed not only crafting a visual identity for LYWO but also mapping out its purpose, vision, and tone of voice. We were tasked with creating a comprehensive brand that echoed LYWO's mission: to enable individuals and organizations to find their perfect fit by harmonizing natural instincts with job prerequisites.
Solution Strategy: Our approach went beyond design; we immersed ourselves in LYWO's essence to define its purpose, vision, and voice. We sculpted a brand that resonated with LYWO's aspiration to create a world where everyone could truly love their work. We chiseled out a purpose that aimed to make a positive impact on lives by aiding individuals and organizations in reaching their full potential.
Services Provided: a) Brand Essence Crafting: Collaborating closely with LYWO, we shaped a compelling brand essence that encapsulated LYWO's purpose: matching natural instincts with job requirements. We aligned this purpose with a clear and inspiring vision and short, medium, and long-term goals.b) Logo Design: The LYWO logo emerged as a representation of passion and job satisfaction. The fusion of "L" and "Y" forming a subtle heart symbolized affection for one's work. This emblem, combining letters into an embracing shape, evoked positivity, love, and a harmonious connection between job seekers and their desired opportunities.c) Emotion-Driven Branding: We steered the branding process towards conveying emotion rather than just promoting services. By tapping into the emotional needs and desires of job seekers, LYWO established a profound connection with its audience, resonating with their quest for meaningful work.
