Full Stack Build for a Leadership Training Company

Forging Teams needed to turn Johnny Torgeson's leadership methodology into software that prospective customers could try and teams could use.

I built a public demo for the company website and a paid application with user accounts, subscription billing, team management, seat controls, and an AI knowledge base. The demo gives prospects a way to experience the product before buying.

The initial build was accepted in June 2026. The engagement continued with further product work after that delivery.
