AI Search Visibility for a Real Estate Agent

Rebecca DeLawder needed to be found by people relocating to Southern Ohio. At the start of the project, her business wasn't appearing for the searches those buyers were using.

I built targeted local content, improved her core website pages, corrected directory details, resolved Google Business Profile issues, and set up analytics. The work focused on making her business clear to search engines and AI assistants.

Three weeks after the new pages went live, a signed-out Google AI Mode check recommended Rebecca by name for a Southern Ohio relocation query and linked to her website. That documented result shows the recommendation occurred; it doesn't imply a fixed ranking or that every AI answer will include her. The contracted work was completed in August 2026.
