Framer Website Development & Responsive Rebuild

Overview

As part of Lupine Creative’s full-scale rebrand, I was brought in to transform the agency’s Figma designs into a polished production website using Framer.
The project went beyond straightforward design implementation. The original layouts relied heavily on absolute positioning, requiring the site architecture to be rebuilt for responsive behavior while preserving the intended visual direction. The finished website combines bold creative expression with scalable content management, interactive motion, and maintainable components.

Challenges

Converting absolute-positioned Figma layouts into a genuinely responsive web experience.
Preserving the original creative direction across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
Supporting visually rich animations and interactions without compromising usability or performance.
Building a system the Lupine team could manage independently after launch.
Maintaining consistency across six pages while reducing unnecessary duplication.

Key Points

6-page responsive Framer website
Figma-to-Framer development
Responsive layout restructuring
Multiple CMS collections
Reusable and modular component architecture
Custom animations and interactive experiences

Reengineered absolute layouts using responsive structures, breakpoints, and reusable components.
Developed custom animations and interaction logic to reinforce Lupine’s bold creative identity.
Created and configured CMS collections for scalable, easy-to-maintain content.
Built modular components to improve consistency and simplify future site updates.
Refined responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Optimized animations, assets, and page structure with performance and usability in mind.
Conducted final responsive and interaction QA before launch.
Produced tutorial walkthroughs and documentation so the internal team could confidently manage the website after handoff.

Impact

The finished website became an important digital component of Lupine Creative’s rebrand, giving the agency an online presence that better reflects its bold, culture-driven creative work.
