Brief: Refresh the Home page for SuperOffice CRM, with updated wireframe, copy, and content

This was a team effort to get the page up and running, but as the driver of the project, I was solely responsible for:

Copy

Content

Wireframing

Facilitating messaging brainstorming and workshops

Steps I took to get this done:

Brainstorm and ideate on main points and messages to carry across, highlighting core brand messaging, including product, customer, and feature highlights

Workshop specific ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) pain-points, desires, and use-cases to marry content points and copy to

Create a logical narrative for content points and brand messaging, including specific key value props and benefits

Ideate and wireframe the page based on the above, including research on B2B Home page best practices and competitive analyses (looked at key B2B productivity, CRM, sales and marketing companies such as Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, Asana, etc.)

Work with Digital team to create new CMS modules to accommodate updated wireframe

Create content and copy:

Iterate based on team and stakeholder feedback
