Brief: Create an AI page for the CRM suite from scratch.

Steps I took to get this done:

Collaborate with Product Manager on what main points and messages to carry across, highlighting specific AI features that best represent the benefits to users, the brand, and technology

Create a logical narrative for content points and messaging married with key value props and benefits (!! so important), mapping these to specific AI features within the product

Ideate and wireframe the page based on the above, including research on B2B AI page best practices and competitive analyses (looked at key B2B companies with AI functionalities like Intercom, Notion, Canva, etc.)

Create content and copy:

Iterate based on team and stakeholder feedback

Publish! ✨
