[Copy, Value Prop, Position] Product pages for CRM suite

As the in-house product marketing content manager at SuperOffice, I am responsible for creating value-propositions, messaging, and final copy for the new product pages on the website (an on-going revamp is in the works).

My role:

Initial persona research (20%)
Value-prop and messaging workshop (50%)
Copywriting (100%)
Product graphics (20%)
*Note these were the main responsibilities I had within the project, where many others on the team were helpful in bringing these pages to fruition. The percentages next to my roles in the project indicate how much involvement I had within those roles. (100% = fully done by me; 20% = I worked together with two or three other marketers and my involvement included being involved in main decisions or pitching a few ideas)

The brief:

The four product pages are pages that many of SuperOffice's paid ads drive traffic towards. The existing product pages were not performing (i.e. not converting), and desperately needed both a face-lift and content update.
