The StartGlobal platform went through a complete web application to make the experience more modern, trustworthy, and conversion-focused. The old page felt cluttered and confusing, so the goal was to simplify the structure, highlight the core value, and improve engagement.

I redefined the content hierarchy, introduced a clean visual system. The new design uses refined colors, better spacing, and subtle motion to make navigation intuitive and visually engaging.

Colors & Font: A minimal color palette was intentionally chosen for this redesign, paired with Gilroy as the primary typeface. The requirement was to keep the entire experience simple, clean, and easy to navigate ensuring a smooth and trustworthy journey for the US audience as they set up their business with StartGlobal. Desktop Screens: We chose a desktop-first approach because most founders prefer using a desktop to set up their business, especially given the complexity of onboarding and data management. Ensuring a smooth and efficient desktop experience was the primary focus. Mobile responsiveness was added with all essential features to support users who needed quick access on the go.

Problems: Many international startups and founders face significant challenges when setting up their business operations in the United States. The process often involves multiple layers of bureaucracy, complex legal compliance, and time-consuming steps to establish banking, taxation, and corporate structures. These fragmented processes slow down growth and make it difficult for startups to focus on product development and market entry.

Solution: Through design discovery, we learned that most founders struggled with unclear steps and scattered processes while setting up their business in the U.S. To solve this, StartGlobal was designed as a single, easy-to-use web platform that guides users through company registration, banking setup, tax, and compliance. The interface focuses on clarity and flow, helping founders complete each stage smoothly without feeling overwhelmed.

Mobile Responsive: StartGlobal aimed to deliver a truly seamless PWA mobile experience. To achieve this, every desktop layout was carefully adapted and restructured into dedicated mobile versions. This ensured that the product not only remained fully responsive but also performed smoothly across all mobile browsers, providing users with a consistent, app-like experience.

Objective of this Redesign: Moving forward, the aim is to achieve even stronger engagement by continuing to refine the redesigned experience and further reducing bounce rates, increasing time on page, and driving higher conversions. The focus remains on clearly communicating StartGlobal’s value while delivering a seamless, user-centered experience across every device.
