This project aims to preserve and rejuvenate the wildlife inhabiting Cheow Lan Lake, located within Khao Sok National Park. Employing the innovative interlock technique, the construction process ensures ease of assembly and swift repair whenever necessary. Additionally, the units boast enhanced verticality, offering greater functional flexibility. Our endeavor is to seamlessly integrate sustainability and functionality, safeguarding the natural habitat while providing adaptable solutions for enhanced utility.
The facilities are inspired by the traditional rafting system commonly found in the area, used for floating houses. Their design incorporates triangular forms known for their durability, allowing for diverse and appealing designs. Bamboo is exclusively utilized as the primary material, offering ease of construction and repair. This eco-friendly approach ensures not only a seamless construction process but also a sustainable solution that harmonizes with the natural surroundings.
