An ongoing project of mine for a wonderful client all about unique, immersive therapy sessions involving cold therapy, mindfulness and spiritual healing.

Fire & Ice is the realm of life coach and student of the Wim Hof method, Lee Cuddis.

From concept, branding and ideation through to the ongoing design process in Framer - a fantastic tool for designing responsive, engaging and interactive websites - I have been hard at work curating a new online experience for Lee.

The goals were simple:

1. Build a fast, performance-optimised site to build a traffic source with SEO
2. Engage and interest prospects into giving the therapy sessions a go
3. Grow a blog and allow updates to be posted

So was the plan:

1. Collect brand resources and begin planning
2. Design a mock-up website landing page in Figma
3. Build out the prototype in Framer
4. Skip the development stage altogether because Framer allows us to publish and edit in one place
5. Integrate CMS features and blogging
6. Ongoing SEO checks, alterations and implementations
7. Ongoing shadow writing to help grow the blog
