The research phase focused on understanding the agency’s target audience, their pain points, and how the website could address those challenges. We studied the best practices for agency websites and competitor websites to ensure that the design would be modern and aligned with current trends. The research also involved analyzing the most effective CTAs and conversion strategies to encourage lead generation. Additionally, user behavior research helped define how to structure the website for easy navigation, smooth user experience, and ensuring that the visitors remained engaged throughout their journey on the site.
