No Take Backs: Shopify CRO Redesign

No Take Backs is a wellness brand building products where function meets enjoyment. This project covered the Shopify storefront for Daily Melt, a functional cacao drink made to support appetite control and metabolism.
Starting point. The site existed but lacked cohesion. Mixed design references sat side by side, the structure felt overloaded, and the journey was neither intuitive nor conversion oriented. The goal was not a visual refresh. It was a coherent UX/UI system aimed at conversion.
CRO lens. I approached it through conversion and user behaviour. The priority was restructuring the core pages, home and product especially, so a visitor understands the product value within the first few seconds. Clear content hierarchy, stronger key messaging, simplified navigation, less friction on the way to purchase.
Product communication. Daily Melt is not just a drink, it is a functional wellness product, so the benefits, the scientific basis, and the use cases all had to land quickly. Content blocks were structured to be scanned and digested rather than read end to end.
Visual unification. The interface was aligned with the brand's packaging and identity. Cleaner, more modern, more trustworthy. Visual noise removed, key accents strengthened, and a consistent flow that leads naturally to action.
Mobile. A large share of traffic arrives on phones, so the interface was adapted to hold readability, usability, and the same conversion logic at every screen size.
Result. A cohesive storefront where design supports business goals directly. Clearer, more structured, conversion focused, and faster to move through.
Timeline: 3 weeks. Year: 2026. I led UX, UI, and the CRO restructure.
