Most people picture the drug going straight to the cell. It doesn't. The viral vector enters the bloodstream and circulates. It moves through capillaries and tissue, alongside billions of red blood cells, until it reaches the cell it was designed for.
What we made
A 3D animation that follows that whole trip.
Viral vector circulation in the bloodstream
Red blood cells and vectors moving together
The vector crossing the vessel wall into the tissue
Delivery to the target cell at the molecular level
We built it scene by scene, from the outside of the tissue down to the inside of the bloodstream.
