Project Background: SAL Marketing Group required a website that clearly reflects its core positioning, building structured, predictable lead generation systems for service-based businesses.
The goal was not to create a visually driven agency website, but a conversion-focused digital asset aligned with how the business actually operates. Most marketing agencies in this space rely on fragmented messaging and disconnected services, which creates confusion for users.
This project focused on removing that friction by presenting a system-driven approach rather than isolated tactics.
The website was structured to:
Clearly communicate the value of a unified growth system
Educate users on how SEO, paid ads, and conversion work together
Guide visitors through a clear awareness-to-enquiry journey
Support multiple traffic sources, including paid and organic channels
From a UX perspective, the focus was on clarity, hierarchy, and flow, ensuring users can understand the offer quickly without friction.
The final delivery included a fully responsive Webflow build supported by a scalable CMS for case studies and insights, enabling long-term content growth while maintaining design consistency.

Challenge

The core problem was not design, but clarity and structure.
Most marketing websites, including the client’s initial version, suffer from:
Generic messaging with no clear differentiation
Weak content hierarchy
Disconnected pages with no system-level flow
Poor or unclear conversion paths
Specific challenges included:
Communicating a system-based service model instead of individual services
Balancing education with conversion-focused intent
Structuring content for multiple traffic sources (SEO, paid ads, organic)
Maintaining consistency across 10+ pages without repetition
Building immediate trust within the first few seconds of interaction

Key Strategic Decisions

1. System-first positioning Messaging was built around predictable lead generation systems rather than isolated services, shifting the perception from “agency services” to a structured growth model.
2. Funnel-based page architecture Each page follows a clear conversion flow: Problem → Agitation → Solution → Proof → CTA
3. Modular design system A reusable component-based structure was created for scalability in Webflow, ensuring consistency across all pages and easier long-term expansion.
4. Multi-intent content structure
Homepage → broad positioning and clarity
Service pages → deep education + conversion focus
Case studies → credibility and proof
Insights → SEO growth and authority building
5. Conversion prioritization CTAs were strategically placed throughout the experience, with reduced friction in the user journey and early integration of trust signals such as social proof and clarity-driven messaging.

Solution

The solution focused on transforming a generic agency website into a structured, conversion-driven system.
System-led UX Every page follows a consistent flow: Problem → Insight → Solution → Proof → CTA, ensuring a clear and intentional user journey without random sections.
Clear positioning Removed generic agency messaging and repositioned the brand around predictable lead generation systems, making the value proposition more specific and compelling.
Modular UI design Built a reusable component system (sections, cards, CTAs) to maintain consistency across all pages and enable easy scaling in the future.
Conversion-first layout Strategic CTA placement, reduced friction, and a logical content hierarchy guide users smoothly toward enquiry and conversion.
