Ultronos: AI Content and Commerce Pipeline

Ultronos is the engine I built so a one-person spiritual business could publish like a small studio. It writes digital readings and tarot guides, composes music, designs poster art, and renders short character videos, then lists the finished work on Gumroad, Etsy, Pinterest, YouTube, Spotify through DistroKid, TikTok, and Fiverr.

What I care about most is everything between making something and publishing it. Every piece passes through Sentinel, an eight-point audit that checks the title against the content, confirms the file exists, screens out machine-sounding prose, enforces a price floor and a minimum length, catches duplicates, blocks promises a reading has no business making, and verifies the numerology itself. Images and video are reviewed by a vision model, and voiceovers are transcribed and checked word for word before anything ships.

Nothing goes live on its own. Each piece waits in a review queue until I approve it, and 647 pieces have moved through that queue so far. Every run also writes to a memory the pipelines read before they start. It holds 304 wins and 1,330 logged failures, each one recorded so the same mistake does not happen twice. Most of what Ultronos knows, it learned the hard way.
