In this project, I collaborated closely with key stakeholders to develop groundbreaking insurance proposals that revolutionized the customer experience. By combining two or three smaller policies, significant advantages such as substantial cost savings of up to 40%, enhanced flexibility, and heightened future security were achieved.

PROJECT BRIEF

The project's primary objective was to create innovative insurance proposals encouraging customers to stack multiple policies instead of opting for a single comprehensive policy.

ROLE

As the UX designer, I played a pivotal role in translating the project's goals into tangible user interface designs. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, I contributed valuable insights and expertise to create a seamless user experience.

METHODS

I conducted extensive research to gain a deep understanding of the target audience, their preferences, and their motivations regarding insurance proposals. Wireframe and prototyping techniques were utilized to refine the user interface designs iteratively. Regular user testing and feedback sessions were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed designs.
