I completed this task, which included creating the main floor plans, MEP plans, Roof framing plans, Office Building Front Elevation Design, Drainage Design Plan, Foundation Plan, Beams and Columns Plan, Shear Wall Plan, Smoke deductor in every room, Sprinkler system, Emergency Entrance and Exit Plan, and Framing Plan for the distinguished client who required them for his wooden framing office building design.
