Client: A global technology giant that develops and sells computers, laptops, smart-phones, storage devices, etc.
Purpose of the project: Using customer reviews from multiple sources (community forums, e-commerce websites, call centers, social media feeds, etc.) detect product quality issues
Work: Created a visual solution which lists the composition of products being talked about the most, and shows a negative/positive rating based on the sentiment analysis done on the available data.
Impact: The client could successfully use the generated information and reduce their repair rates and improve customer perceptions
