Client: An AgTech startup that provides a combination of agronomy advice coupled with service and Agri input products to help farmers improve their productivity and income.
Goal: They wanted to segment their customers based on the value they generate for the business. They would eventually roll-out loyalty programs for these groups.
Role: I was the only person on the project and completed it end-to-end. Right from solution design, to analysis execution and report delivery.
Impact: This solution was well received and acted as a base for their Loyalty and Rewards program
