Since it is a 100% customizable Whitelabel platform, the platform has several configurations and the menu of the old version (2.0) was very confusing, causing several calls to the CS team. My job was to reorganize the entire user flow, information hierarchy and do the entire visual redesign of the menu, working not only on colors and icons but also on microinteractions
