Ballantine Gift Box - Packaging Design

The Challenge Ballantine's team wanted to launch a special combo pack, pairing darts and two glasses, and were inviting different artists with unique styles to craft the perfect hamper packaging.

The brief was clear: the theme needed to feel rustic, woody, and aged, in line with their brand world. While they had received multiple concepts featuring photography, none truly captured the premium, crafted feel they were aiming for.

Solution I proposed a new approach by blending brand slogans with hand-drawn illustrations inspired by the Ballantine's world. The artwork was designed to look as if it was printed directly onto aged wood. I deepened the overall color tone to enhance the premium feel and used the brand's iconic bottle silhouette as a strong visual anchor to immediately connect with their loyal audience.
