Dashboard Development: Built custom dashboards in Looker Studio, enabling real-time monitoring of KPIs for each team. The dashboards included interactive elements like filters and drill-downs to provide a comprehensive view of performance.
Ongoing Collaboration: Maintained close communication with department heads to refine dashboards based on evolving business needs, continuously improving the relevance and usability of the visualizations.
