THE CHALLENGE
Chicamod is an ethical and sustainable fashion brand for women who cherish timeless, meaningful craftsmanship. They empower artisans and preserve heritage through their clothing.
The brand was driving traffic to their social media from conscious consumers interested in sustainable fashion, but lacked a system to:
Capture leads from social followers
Deliver educational content that aligned with their values
Nurture relationships beyond Instagram/social posts
Build an owned email list (not reliant on algorithm changes)
