Ensuring that internal notifications were triggered without delays.
Preventing duplicate deal entries or incorrect stage movement.

Automatically checks NPS score values.
Routes each contact to the correct pipeline stage (Promoter, Passive, Detractor).
Triggers alerts to specific team members for timely action.
What I learned:
