Led the product vision, epics, and backlog
Applied Scrum/Kanban to plan and run delivery
Conducted market research and addressed healthcare compliance requirements
Prepared and delivered stakeholder presentations
Supported recruitment and oversaw third-party integrations
Team and contribution
The platform was built by the WeyakRx team and its partners. My contribution was product ownership and delivery coordination.
