Urgent care solutions delivered by Niu Health through remote PHP Laravel, React JS and React Native, AWS, UI/UX, and QA teams.
My role
I was a part-time Senior Product Manager at Niu Health from May to October 2022, alongside my full-time role at Squadio.
What I did
Led the remote engineering, design, and QA teams
Managed requirements, user stories, and Scrum/Kanban backlogs
Ran sprint planning and supported CI/CD adoption
Aligned delivery with the company's founders and commercial leaders

The solutions were built by Niu Health's remote teams. My contribution was product management and delivery leadership.
