Illustrative Workflow QA & UAT

Illustrative portfolio sample. The HRMS, test scenarios and bug outcomes are synthetic; no live product was tested and no client results are claimed.
I designed this QA and UAT pack to show how I translate operating policies into clear, testable business workflows. The fictional scenario connects leave requests, attendance corrections, approval permissions and monthly payroll for a 50-person organisation.
The pack defines four roles: employee, manager, HR admin and payroll admin. A permission matrix shows who can request, approve, view or change key records. Ten acceptance tests cover normal requests, zero balances, overlapping dates, self-approval, record isolation, retry safety, midnight attendance, approved corrections, payroll locks and state changes.
Three demonstrative bug records show how I would document a permission bypass, a duplicate leave reservation and a locked-payroll change. Each includes setup, reproduction steps, expected and illustrative actual behaviour, severity and business impact. Retest criteria define the evidence to retain and the checks needed before a release recommendation.
The sample makes policy assumptions and scope limits explicit. Real delivery would begin by confirming those rules and platform behaviour before executing tests, recording evidence and reporting observed defects.
