Real Estate Ad #1

Marketing is one of the biggest hurdles for a business, especially smaller private firms. Humor is an excellent engaging way to make your product services known, while leaving a memorable impression.
A Real Estate Agent recently reached out to me to write a funny/engaging ad for his Youtube Business page. I wrote him two 30-second ads. Script 1 was very general and was written so that it's easy to film. I also incorporated royalty free photos into the video ad using Photoshop to put a funny spin on a "Stranger in a Van," and what a "Real Estate Investor" looks like.
Script 1:
FADE IN:

A MAN in a suit is walking towards the camera to sit at a desk. He is carrying a bag of candy.
MAN
