Landing Page Design for Employee Engagement Tool
Overview 🔎
In just one day, I had the task of creating a captivating landing page for a new tool meant to enhance the employee experience and boost overall productivity. While the product itself has not launched yet, the CEO of engagingstars.ai was headed to a conference for HR professionals. His goal was to present his product, generate leads, and seek feedback.
Within a day I designed a functional landing page with the capability for lead generation.
The Old Experience ✨
Engagingstars.ai already had a landing page but it lacked appeal and optimization due to its crowded design and outdated appearance. Furthermore HR professionals felt disconnected from the site due to its language and lack of 'humanity'
The existing website lacked clarity, clear visual hierarchy, and consistency
Information Overload
People described the existing site as "bland" and "outdated"
Project Details 🤝
The main goal for this project was to raise and initial level of curiosity within the people it got presented to. To be as efficient as I could be within the given timeframe I set up the following toolstack:
Figma for the initial conceptual design
Midjourney for image-generation
Runway to upscale
Framer to adapt, build, and host the website
Chatbase to build a chat-gpt powered chatbot that is trained specifically on company data that HR professionals might be interested in (currently disabled)
Tally to collect leads.
