3 Acres — Luxury Apartment Website

A project by Bright Studios (Daniel). I collaborated on the design and development of the site.

Overview

3 Acres is a luxury apartment complex in Jersey City offering studios, one- and two-bedrooms with resort-style amenities. The goal: a website that feels like a hospitality brand, warm and image-led, while driving real leasing actions.

The Challenge

Real estate sites either feel like soulless brochures or cold listing tools. This one needed to do neither. The property had a lot to communicate, multiple buildings, furnished units, a rich amenity program, without overwhelming the visitor.

Design Approach

The visual language leans hospitality, not real estate. Large-format photography carries the emotional weight while typography and whitespace signal quality quietly. Navigation stays minimal.

Content Architecture

The site follows how a prospect actually thinks: feel the lifestyle → explore the spaces → check availability → get in touch. Each section earns the next scroll rather than demanding it.

Amenities

Instead of a flat list, amenities are presented as an interactive carousel. Rooftop, Fitness, Co-working, Game Lounge, Packages, each with a punchy one-liner. A long list made scannable.

Furnished Units

A dedicated section for Resource Furniture-furnished units speaks directly to corporate relocators without cluttering the main residential experience.

Result

A site that positions 3 Acres as a lifestyle destination first, leasing office second. Everything a prospect needs to decide — and conversion always one tap away.
