With Vær, my goal was to build a premium eCommerce experience that feels modern, editorial, and conversion-optimized—similar to what high-end fashion brands use.
Every layout, interaction, and content block was designed to:

Work seamlessly for any fashion brand
In-Depth Case Study Content
1. eCommerce Research & Strategy
Before designing, I analyzed top-performing fashion brands like Acne Studios, Jacquemus, and The Row to understand what makes their online experiences feel premium.
From this research, I focused on:
Clean product-first layouts
Large editorial photography
Fewer distractions, more intention
Strong category hierarchy
Elegant micro-interactions
The strategy:
Create a template that blends minimalist luxury with functional, conversion-focused UX.
2. Designing a Premium Shopping Experience
The design process centered on clarity, strong structure, and a luxury feel:
Editorial hero with bold typography
Product grids with balanced spacing
Highlighted best-sellers section
Clean product cards with quick-scan info
Modern “Why Us” section to build trust
Conversion-centric footer and newsletter capture
The result is a store that feels high-end yet extremely easy to navigate.
