Healing Hands CPR Training is a full-stack e-commerce and course registration platform built for an American Heart Association–certified CPR instructor. The system enables students to discover training programs, register online, complete secure payments, and receive confirmation seamlessly. By combining modern checkout automation with lightweight course management, the platform transforms a traditionally manual service business into a scalable digital operation for certification-based training.

The client operated a solo CPR training business that relied heavily on cash payments, manual scheduling, and offline student tracking. This created major limitations: no infrastructure for online sales, high administrative burden, and difficulty meeting certification compliance requirements. Traditional e-commerce platforms were also not viable due to recurring monthly costs and the complexity of selling service-based courses rather than physical products. The instructor needed a professional online system that could support course registration, payment processing, and student data capture—without introducing expensive backend maintenance or operational overhead.

We designed a serverless-first architecture optimized for affordability, compliance, and speed to launch. By leveraging Next.js static export delivery, Supabase Edge Functions, and Stripe-hosted checkout flows, we eliminated the need for traditional server infrastructure while still delivering a modern, conversion-focused purchasing experience. The goal was to provide enterprise-grade automation within the constraints of a small service business.

Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout for a fast, secure, mobile-friendly experience with minimal custom complexity.
