This project is a dual-portal web platform built to simplify flight booking and flight operations through one unified system. The platform connects travelers and flight sellers with dedicated interfaces, enabling seamless seat reservations on the customer side and efficient flight management on the admin side. By centralizing booking workflows and flight lifecycle control, the solution streamlines the entire travel experience from discovery to departure.

Traditional flight booking and management processes are often fragmented, requiring travelers to juggle multiple systems for reservations and flight history, while sellers rely on manual or disorganized tools to manage schedules and availability. The client needed a modern platform that could support both sides of the ecosystem—customers booking flights and sellers maintaining flight operations—in a structured, reliable, and user-friendly way.

We designed a role-based architecture with two tailored portals: one optimized for traveler convenience and one built for operational control. The goal was to provide a smooth booking experience while ensuring flight sellers could efficiently register, update, and manage flight inventory through a centralized dashboard.

Our team engineered a dual-interface flight platform that serves as a central hub for booking and flight administration. Travelers can browse available flights, book seats, manage reservations, and access both current and past flight details through a single customer portal.

On the seller side, flight administrators can create, update, and cancel flights in real time, ensuring organized scheduling and accurate availability. By combining customer-facing booking flows with backend operational tooling, the platform delivers a streamlined and scalable solution for modern flight management.

This system reduces friction across the flight booking lifecycle by unifying traveler experience and seller operations into one platform. With clear role separation, centralized management, and end-to-end booking visibility, the solution enables faster reservations, cleaner administration, and a more reliable travel workflow for both customers and flight providers.
