Knowledge Quran is a mobile-first Learning Management Portal designed to connect students, teachers, and administrators through one unified digital platform. Available on the Google Play Store, the application enables structured class management, progress tracking, attendance workflows, and academic record visibility — all delivered through role-based access tailored to each user type.

Traditional religious and academic learning institutes often rely on manual coordination for scheduling, attendance, progress reporting, and student evaluation. This creates fragmented communication between teachers, students, and administrators, making it difficult to scale operations or maintain transparency. The client needed a centralized mobile solution where all stakeholders could manage classes, academic performance, and course materials in real time, without relying on disconnected tools or offline processes.

We built a role-driven learning platform where each user type — student, teacher, or admin — interacts with a dedicated interface and workflow. The system was designed to support live instruction, structured academic tracking, and administrative oversight through a single secure mobile application.

Knowledge Quran delivers a complete LMS experience with distinct capabilities for every role. Students can view assigned classes, join private video sessions with teachers, track lesson progress, access syllabi, apply for leave, and review test marks. Teachers manage their assigned students, mark attendance, update progress, submit grades, and access course materials through streamlined teaching tools.

Administrators oversee the full academic ecosystem — managing students, teachers, courses, class status, attendance records, leave approvals, and performance reporting. By consolidating scheduling, learning content, evaluation, and communication into one platform, Knowledge Quran serves as the central operating system for modern Quranic education management.
