Kingston Place builds safe and comfortable communities for modern American families.
The owner, being from Jamaica wanted to make sure that lineage was captured in his branding. We landed on the national swallow-tail hummingbird also known as the Dr. Bird to fit the bill. After all a birds nest is their home and we were able to lean into that metaphor to tie it all together.
