The goal with this post was to quickly and effectively showcase the "flower poms" from Verloop's Spring 2023 collection. Not only is the video quick, colorful, and exciting (just like the brand), but the caption is optomized for Instagram's algorithm. Using keywords to explain the product helps push it out to the correct audience.

I always like to say "trends are a tool, not a strategy". It's true that we can get wrapped up in trends all too often, but using them as a part of your social media strategy can go a long way. Not only can you reach new audiences, but it also showcases humor and a down-to-earth vibe that consumers really gravitate towards. This is a Reel I made to capitalize on a trend for the brand.

One of my specialities as a content creator is being able to take one idea and apply it to different platforms. For example, not every Reel can be a TikTok and vice versa. These are two completely different platforms with two different needs. This video was developed as a way to showcase Verloop's new totes. The caption was optimized for the TikTok algorithm and it's success shows in the numbers: over 100 new followers and 1500 views.

Here is the Reels version of the same exact concept I mentioned above. To be a good fit for our Instagram audience, we wanted to focus less on lifestyle and more on a cutesy way to showcase the product.
