Motorcycle GPS App

Led the design and development of a comprehensive motorcycle GPS app, focusing on an intuitive user experience (UX/UI), seamless navigation, and real-time tracking.

Before execution, conducted an in-depth benchmark analysis of top GPS apps to identify industry best practices, key pain points, and unique opportunities to enhance the rider experience. Used these insights to design an interface tailored to motorcyclists, ensuring clear visibility, minimal distractions, and effortless route planning.

Defined the data models and core API architecture, carefully mapping out the most relevant endpoints for real-time positioning, route calculation, and traffic updates. Ensured close coordination between frontend and backend teams, streamlining the integration process and optimizing system performance.

This project resulted in a highly functional, user-centric GPS app designed to enhance safety, efficiency, and ease of use for motorcycle riders. 🏍️📍🚀
