Designed and implemented a comprehensive claims reporting system, allowing users to file insurance claims directly from the app's dashboard. The flow was highly complex, dynamically adapting based on the type of claim and insurance policy, requiring users to answer specific questions and upload relevant documents accordingly.
Defined the entire data model, ensuring structured and scalable claims processing. Additionally, developed a dedicated back-office system for the claims handling team, providing them with a streamlined interface to review, process, and manage claims efficiently.
The project involved close collaboration between frontend and backend teams, ensuring seamless data flow, intuitive UX/UI, and an optimized claims resolution process for both users and internal teams. 🚀📑
