This project reflects my role as an E-commerce Sales & Operations Specialist for LC Waikiki Belarus, where I managed and optimized the in-house e-commerce platform for a localized market. I was responsible for adapting global campaigns to local needs, ensuring consistency in brand presentation while aligning with regional customer behavior. From homepage merchandising to campaign execution, the focus was on improving user experience, increasing engagement, and supporting sales performance. Working across markets required balancing operational efficiency with localization, contributing to a scalable and performance-driven e-commerce structure.
