This project reflects my role as an E-commerce Sales & Operations Specialist for LC Waikiki Kazakhstan, where I contributed to the management and optimization of the in-house e-commerce platform. I worked on aligning on-site content, campaigns, and product visibility with commercial goals, ensuring a seamless and localized shopping experience. From homepage merchandising to campaign execution, the focus was on improving user flow, increasing engagement, and supporting sales performance. By combining operational efficiency with a strong understanding of customer behavior, the platform was continuously optimized to meet both business and user needs.
